Yantai Hi-Pad Brake Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional disc pad manufacture since 2004. The facility occupies 90000m² with over 95% imported production equipments from Taiwan, Korea and Japan. We use 100 % positive molding process. We manage the facility by ISO/TS16949, SAP ERP and 5S.

 

　　Hi-Pad has the knowledgeable and experienced R&D team with advanced testing equipments like Link NVH Dyno, Link Compressibility Tester. We are focusing to develop Green Ceramic products with low noise, low dust, no Antimony, <5% copper and low cost. As a green manufacture we never use fiber type Potassium Titanate, only Bio-soluble mineral fiber.

 

　　Hi-Pad targets to be the first one who launches the latest application. Today we have around 1000 items’ toolings and the existing production capacity is 6 million sets per year .It will be 10 million sets in the middle of 2012.
